Macarons
Macarons is a sweet meringue based confection, a true French delight and
favorite to many. These airy, dainty and ethereal is a must new treat for every new baker to try. Try our

Instructions

1 Prepare Italian meringue with caster sugar and the egg white

2 Add the food color powder and fold the ground almonds and sieve the icing sugar carefully

3 Pipe the macarons in desired size on a silpat

4 Let them dry at room temperature for 45 minutes to 1 hour

5 Bake in a convection oven on dry heat at 160 degree celsius for about 12 - 14 minutes

6 Wait for the macarons to cool down after baking.

7Fill the macarons fillings of your choice and they are ready to be served.
