Georgian Pkhali Sambosa

Preparing Instructions

1 On a pan add some oil then place onion and garlic keep stirring till translucent.

2 Add in chopped eggplant and mix till cooked and translucent and season with salt & pepper then set aside.

3 In a food processor mix in the walnut and cream, blend till a thick cream is formed.

4 Mix in eggplant mixture with walnut cream.

5 Start stuffing sambosa sheets, fold then fry till golden and serve.

1 1 pack of Switz Sambosa Sheets

2 2 eggplants (chopped into cubes)

3 1 Onion

4 2 cloves garlic

5 1 cup of walnut

6 1 cup of Candia whipping cream

7 Salt & pepper to taste

8 Frying oil as required
