Contains wholemeal spelt flour, spelt flakes, sour dough made from spelt, potato flakes and sunflower seeds. No wheat components added.
The mild sour dough flavour combined with the slightly sweet spelt aroma gives this bread its unique taste. Potato flakes provide a long lasting freshness.
