All Berries Cream Cake

One of its best kind vanilla cake filled with lots of berries. Chef Pooja from Richemont Masterbaker has done this lip smacking creation using our new Vanilla sponge mix from Dawn. Try our recipe and share your creation with us @masterbakerstudio and do not forget to use #studiocircle.

Baking Instructions

  • 1 Mix the cake mix and water 450g using a stand mixer with paddle attachment for 3 minutes in medium speed.
  • 2 Slowly add the eggs oAdd the oil and balance water to the mixtures and mix it for another 3 minutes.
  • 3 Mix it well until there are no lumps
  • 4 Use cake rings to fill it before baking for more layers as you want
  • 5 Bake the mix at 170 degrees for 25 minutes
  • 6 For the Filling: Mix sugar and Pectin NH together
  • 7 Add the puree and berries in a pot and bring it to boil
  • 8 Once the mixture gets mushy, add sugar and Pectin NH mix to the bowl till it comes to boil
  • 9 As you assemble the cake, layer, filling it with the fruit compote
  • 10 Use the Lactofil whipping cream to frost the cake and the layers
  • 11 Decorate the cake top as you like with fruits or whip cream

Ingredients For Cake

  • 1 1Kg Baker's Request Cake Mix White Dawn
  • 2 450g Water
  • 3 120g Oil
  • 4 200g Water

Fruit Compote (Filling)

  • 1 165g Raspberry Puree
  • 2 250g Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 3 2.5g Pectin NH
  • 4 50g Sugar
  • 5 Lactofil Whip Cream for frosting
